WHAT TO EXPECT
The bioenergetic assessment is a non-invasive procedure that provides information into a wide range of puzzling health-related problems, offering a perspective complementary to Western medicine. Please send any pertinent medical forms along with the patient questionnaire, release of information and credit card authorization-links provided below. The assessment will include specific treatment recommendations for nutritional and Homeopathic supplements that will address your health concerns. Weekly phone calls or emails are strongly encouraged at the beginning of treatment and are of no charge. There are no questions that I consider to be off-limits!!

BIOENERGETIC ASSESSMENT
I offer BioEnergetic Assessment through hair and saliva testing and review your results through telehealth appointment or phone consult. Please take a few snippets of hair, it does not need to be from the root and place in a baggie and take a QTip and swab the inside of your cheek and place that in a separate baggie. Also please include a recent photo of yourself and along with the adult or pediatric intake form, release of information and credit card authorization mail to my address* Upon completion of the assessment I will email you the results and a sign up link with my availability.
Staying in contact with me throughout the detoxification process is important. No question is too small to ask and I actually prefer patients to email or call me with regular updates. Sometimes symptoms arise that you may not expect or feel are out of the ordinary and and a quick check in helps to ameliorate these issues.
Payment is due at the time of the visit. Payments accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, HAS, checks and cash. Unfortunately at this time insurance companies cannot be billed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that there are times when you miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations to work or family. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, I require 48-hours notice. By letting me know as soon as possible, you will give another person an opportunity to get the care they need. Appointments not cancelled in a timely manner, will be charged the full fee.
